Napa-Based Crimson Wine Group Announces Promotions and Role-Shifts Within Its Executive Leadership Team

March 18th, 2024 – NAPA, Calif. – Crimson Wine Group (OTCQB: CWGL) is announcing a new structure to its Executive Leadership team, including multiple promotions, that will allow the commercial teams to work as one and ensure both the company and its portfolio brands’ future growth.

Alexis Walsh has been promoted to Executive Vice President, Consumer & Revenue Growth. In this newly created role, Walsh will drive all sales and marketing initiatives for all channels, allowing her to focus the teams on Crimson’s consumer-led approach by targeting and nurturing consumers whose core needs and interests align with Crimson’s brands, uniting the DTC, Ecommerce and Wholesale ambitions. Walsh joined Crimson in 2020 as Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing.

Reporting to Walsh in DTC leadership, Tracey Hoff was promoted to Senior Director of Estates and Hospitality.  Hoff will oversee all aspects of Crimson’s tasting rooms and events business. Hoff joined Crimson in 2019 as the Estate Director for Pine Ridge Vineyards.

Alexa Fox has been named Vice President of Commercial Insights and Digital Growth. This role realignment will allow Fox to lead the digital revenue and wine club teams, commercial insights, and demand planning, and will allow her and her team to dive deeper into consumer opportunities across all channels while driving revenue growth in the DTC digital space. Fox joined Crimson in 2020 as Vice President of DTC & Revenue Marketing.
