The Vice Cabernet Sauvignon, Napa Valley, “The Dragon” 2022 – Napa Valley ($88.00 SRP/ 750ml)

Made from 100% Unfiltered and Unfined Clone 8 Cabernet Sauvignon from a prestigious vineyard located on the foothills of Mount Veeder at an average elevation of 800 Feet, “The Dragon” was guided by Lucky Number 8. 

With deep color, potent tannins, and sound structure, “The Dragon” roars with aromas of stewed plum, fig, and pungent bayberries. It intensely bites with mulberry, pomegranate molasses, and goji berry, offering a mid-palate so deep and rich that it may leave a permanent impression. The finish may last for minutes but this wine will certainly last in the cellar a lifetime.

“The Dragon” was aged for 8 months in 8 New French Oak Barrels with a further 8 months of aging in the bottle before it was hand-waxed and released. The ABV is 13.8%. The wine is sustainably crafted from organically grown fruit with minimal winemaking intervention.
