Livermore, January 11, 2024 – Omega Road Winery is thrilled to announce our Gold Medal win for our 2022 Torrontés from Lodi, CA, at the San Francisco International Wine Competition.
As one of the very few producers of Torrontés in California, we are delighted to bring this unique varietal to our guests. We are committed to sharing uncommon varietals, and consider it a celebration of the artistry and innovation we pursue in each of our wines. It is our joy to turn uncommon grapes and common days into unforgettable experiences.
Our award-winning 2022 Torrontés captivates the palate with succulent stone fruits and dreamy aromatic herbs. The bold notes of bright honeycrisp apples, sweet lychees, and geraniums in full bloom create a symphony of flavors that leave a lasting impression and have us reaching for another pour.
Omega Road is proud to share this award with Silvaspoons Vineyards of Lodi, the growers of these native Argentinian grapes. Silvaspoons Vineyards is a sustainable vineyard certified by Lodi Rules.
