The crowd literally roars with excitement when we reveal! It’s as much fun as you can have wine tasting! These luxurious tasting events give you great insights as we cover the details of each wine after it is revealed…. And go into depth about the history, the legend and the Laws of the Champagne Region… and ultimately why? It’s important to protect the brand Champagne. We discuss what you’re smelling, tasting, and discuss the “why” – house styles, house philosophies and the subtle differences. “We are educating and improving the passionate wine lovers of Los Angeles” says Host Educator Ian Blackburn. This is a tasting program that has been perfected by Blackburn and he loves the spontaneous excitement this event creates! It must be seen to be believed….
