Matthew Crompton, Regional Director – North America, said: “In recent weeks drinks sales performance has fluctuated across the US On Premise. While the week ending November 11 marked an 8% growth, the following week reported a 4% dip in velocity. Check value remains largely flat, attributing these trends to fluctuations in ticket count. In navigating these shifts, adaptability is paramount for hospitality businesses, operators and suppliers alike. Implementing proactive strategies is imperative for ensuring market resilience and sustained growth.”
