Willamette Valley Vineyards (NASDAQ: WVVIP) Stock Offering Quickly Sells Out

SALEM HILLS, Oregon – Tuesday, October 10: Willamette Valley Vineyards (NASDAQ: WVVIP) announced today that its recent stock offering has oversubscribed, surpassing its funding goal ahead of schedule. The winery, known for its exceptional Pinot Noir and commitment to the Oregon Wine Industry, attracted a surge of investor interest.

Originally aiming to raise $3.53 million by the end of the year, the winery exceeded expectations, receiving applications for over $4.1 million before October 1. Willamette Valley Vineyards will be reaching out to applicants responsible for the 17% oversubscription and alert them that the offering has closed.

Willamette Valley Vineyards welcomes the influx of new wine enthusiast investors, with over 97% opting to join the wine club and/or receive a Wine Credit in lieu of an annual cash dividend of 22 cents per share.

“The overwhelming response by wine enthusiasts to our stock offering was a big surprise,” stated winery Founder and CEO Jim Bernau, “654 new families have quickly joined the ranks of owners who purchase their wines and tell the Willamette wine story to their friends and relatives.”

In addition to its renowned Willamette Valley appellation Pinot Noir, the winery also produces small batches of wines from Walla Walla, The Rocks District of Milton-Freewater, Umpqua and Rogue Valley.

With wineries, tasting rooms and restaurants located throughout the region, including Salem, Dundee, Tualatin, McMinnville, Lake Oswego, Happy Valley and the Vancouver Waterfront, Willamette Valley Vineyards has built a robust community of wine enthusiast investors.

The winery’s newest location is scheduled to open in December on Wall Street in historic downtown Bend.
