Scheduled for completion in time for the 2024 crush, the state-of-the-art facility will offer comprehensive solutions to both new and established wineries, promising to reshape the industry’s landscape.
Located in the heart of Walla Walla, WA, the state-of-the-art hub will serve as a breakthrough winemaking solution for aspiring vintners and wineries looking to create incredible products at the highest level. Paired with Vinous Consulting’s unrivaled services and expert guidance, the innovative facility will empower winemakers of all sizes and scales to reach their potential, from small-batch productions to more ambitious large-scale projects.
The new facility will incorporate the latest models of destemmers, vibrating tables, and optical sorters to minimize MOG (material other than grapes). Concrete, oak, and stainless-steel fermentation vessels with full temperature control will allow users to tailor the fermentation process to achieve a specific desired style of wine. Gentle pressing options via membrane press and basket press will be available, as will crossflow technology for ultra-fine filtrations.Although Naravane has been providing consulting winemaking services since 2008, heformalized the venture by creating Vinous Consulting LLC in 2017.
Through his work there, Naravane has been at the forefront of providing essential resources and guidance to smaller and less-established winemakers and wineries amid a highly competitive market. Consultation services include vineyard sourcing and management, grape selection, fermentation optimization, extraction protocols, oak regimens, and bottling preparations, among others.
