Experience “Flavors of Spain” at Muscardini Cellars Upcoming Al Fresco Wine Dinner with Chef Catherine Venturini

KENWOOD, CA (August 1, 2023) – Muscardini Cellars is pleased to announce their upcoming “Flavors of Spain” Al Fresco Wine Dinner on Saturday, August 12, 2023. This summertime dining event will be hosted in the serene backyard at Muscardini Cellars where guests will enjoy seasonal and local ingredients, limited production wines, and local live acoustic music from singer, songwriter, and guitarist John Burdick.

Dress in bright colors and florals and get ready to explore the flavors of Spain at this romantic five-course wine tasting and dining experience from Chef Catherine Venturini of Cuvée Wine Country Events paired with limited-production wines from Michael Muscardini of Muscardini Cellars.

The featured dish will be Chef Catherine’s Spanish Roasted Almond Saffron Mary’s Chicken accompanied with Barcelona Rice with fresh peas, tomato and chorizo finished with an artichoke and romano bean ‘tagine’, paired with Muscardini Cellars 2019 Tesoro, Proprietary Red Blend. This dish is commonly known in Spain as Arroz con Pollo – it packs some great flavors and is uniquely paired with Muscardini Cellars 2019 Tesoro flagship blend making this an exceptional food and wine pairing not to be missed.

Each attendee requires 1 ticket that includes a five-course dinner, five wine pairings, and gratuity. Additional wine will be available for purchase throughout the event.
