Beckstoffer Vineyards Announces New Corporate Structure

(Rutherford, Calif.—August 2, 2023) –Beckstoffer Vineyards today announced a new subsidiary lineup separating the vineyard holding company from the farming services company.  The new company will be named Beckstoffer Vineyards Properties and will be a sister subsidiary company to the already established Beckstoffer Vineyards Farming Services Company. Both companies will operate under Beckstoffer Vineyards, which was founded in 1970, and will be led by Chairman, CEO, and founder Andy Beckstoffer.

Beckstoffer Vineyards Properties is now a separate company that controls and oversees the 4,000 acres of vineyards in Mendocino, the Red Hills of Lake County, and Napa Valley, including the six Heritage Vineyards.

Beckstoffer Vineyards Farming Services Company farms all 4000 acres owned by Beckstoffer Vineyards Properties. Beckstoffer Vineyards Farming Services Company will continue under the leadership of David Michul as President and Chief Operating Officer.  Beckstoffer Vineyards Properties will be headed by a newly hired President and Chief Operating Officer.

Andy Beckstoffer, Chairman and CEO of Beckstoffer Vineyards stated, “This new organizational structure will bring cleaner lines of authenticity and responsibility to our operations while not changing our long-term and excellent relationships with vintners and vendors in Napa, Lake, and Mendocino counties.”
