Stonewall, Texas – July 19, 2023 – Kuhlman Cellars today announces the Summer 2023 Wine & Food Experience tasting menu. As the premier wine & food tasting on the Texas Wine Trail, this exemplary culinary experience is a 45-minute seated tasting in Kuhlman’s chilly Barrel Room featuring a sample of five Kuhlman Cellars wines expertly paired with seasonal, chef-prepared bites. The new menu goes into effect on July 21st and includes refreshing summer flavors like peach, honeydew melon, corn, and strawberries to help wine enthusiasts cool off on the Wine Trail during the hottest time of year.
The new Summer 2023 Wine and Food Experience menu includes:
- Peach Gazpacho with Cucumber and Jalapeño topped with Charred Shishito Peppers and Mint Oil paired with Kuhlman Cellars’ 2021 Estate White
- Honeydew topped with Blue Cheese Cream, Basil Oil and Crispy Prosciutto paired with Kuhlman Cellars’ 2022 Hensell Rosé
- Smoked Duck, Roasted Corn and Blackberry salsa on a Crispy Corn round paired with Kuhlman Cellars’ 2022 Estate Carignan
- Kuhlman Cellars’ signature Herbed Almonds paired with Kuhlman Cellars’ 2019 Estate Red
- Silver Dollar Bacon Pancake with Maple infused whipped Brie Cream topped with fresh Strawberry paired with 2019 Barranca
