July 18th – Newberg, Oregon – Adelsheim Vineyard, The Chehalem Mountains’ first winery, is pleased to announce the appointment of two accomplished professionals to key roles within the organization. Rachel Smith has been named the new Club Manager, while Nancy Vuylsteke has been appointed as the new Director of Marketing.

Adelsheim Vineyard is known for its commitment to excellence in providing exceptional wine experiences to its esteemed patrons. With the addition of Rachel Smith and Nancy Vuylsteke, the winery aims to further elevate the Adelsheim Vineyard brand and provide luxury experiences to club members and visitors.

As the new Director of Marketing, Nancy Vuylsteke is set to shepherd Adelsheim Vineyard’s marketing strategies, brand development, and customer engagement initiatives, drawing from over 20 years’ experience in wine and food.  Most recently, Nancy held the Marketing & Public Relations Director role for Eola-Amity Hills leader Cristom Vineyards. Through previous roles and entrepreneurial pursuits, Nancy has developed a unique skillset marrying business acumen with innate creativity.  This includes founding a niche vineyard management company and custom winemaking operation with her partner, including launching wine label, 51Weeks, later purchased by Amaterra, LLC.  Beyond wine, Nancy has consulted on commercialization projects for start-ups and held roles in Public Relations, Development, and Marketing in the CPG space. With an impressive track record, Nancy will leverage her expertise to strengthen our brand presence and drive growth.

Rachel Smith brings a wealth of experience in the hospitality industry, having most recently managed the wine club at esteemed Napa Valley producer Alpha Omega Winery. Rachel brings many years of experience providing unparalleled customer service and luxury experiences. With a deep passion for wine and a strong understanding of the unique needs and preferences of our members, Rachel is poised to enhance our member experience, creating unforgettable moments for our valued guests.
