  • Shady Lane Cellars 2019 Pinot Noir– With flavors and aromas of black cherry, raspberry, pomegranate, cocoa, cola, black tea, orange peel, brown baking spice and a hint of smokiness, this is a natural fit for Paella on the Patio. It was hand-harvested, fermented first in small open-top containers and then in 40 percent French Oak and 60 percent neutral oak where it aged for 16 months to create a soft mouthfeel.
  • Shady Lane Cellars 2022 Pinot Noir Rose– This hand-harvested wine was fermented in 100 percent stainless steel to bring out a creaminess alongside fresh flavors of ripe strawberry, green apple and hints of orange peel.
