Napa, CA (July 11, 2023) – John Anthony Family of Wines founded by vintner and entrepreneur John Anthony Truchard, announces the promotion of Art Pinn to Vice President of Sales. Having joined the John Anthony Family of Wines team in 2015, Pinn steps into the executive role of Vice President of Sales following eight years as Director of Sales–Western U.S., where he led and grew his team and partners across the Western region of the U.S.

With more than three decades of experience in the wine and spirits industry, Pinn’s expertise developed while helping to build storied brands such as Jim Beam, Geyser Peak, Jordan Winery, and Robert Mondavi. Pinn’s deep knowledge of both the Supplier and Wholesaler sides is rooted in his work with Excelsior Wine Company, and co-founding a fine wines and spirits brokerage, Concurrent Wine Brokers based in Southern California. Over the past eight years, Pinn has played a vital role in helping to grow the John Anthony Family of Wines portfolio by more than 10 times and has supported the launch of multiple new SKUs across key distribution markets for the brand.
