Winning Episode Spotlights a Black-Owned, Veteran-Owned Brewery
July 9, 2023 – (San Diego, CA) Cassandra Schaeg and Theresa Hoiles of Fresh Glass Productions are proud to announce that its lifestyle series Fresh Glass has been honored with an esteemed Emmy Award for Outstanding Achievement in Television for a Magazine Program.
On June 17, 2023, the National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences Pacific Southwest Chapter celebrated its 49th year of excellence in television production, recognizing outstanding contributions across various genres. Fresh Glass Episode 2: A Thirst for Giving featuring, Timothy and Dali Parker, Founders of Chula Vista Brewery and former NFL player Donnie Edwards, Founder of the Best Defense Foundation stood out among its peers for Magazine Program capturing the hearts and minds of audiences with its engaging content, high production value, and commitment to journalistic integrity. This award is a testament to the tireless efforts of Fresh Glass Productions and NWB Imaging. KPBS played a tremendous part in their success because they were the first to say yes to this groundbreaking show. Cassandra Schaeg was also nominated in the category of Talent – Program Host/ Moderator/ Correspondent.
