3/10/2023 – Saint Helena, CA – Starting today, rare Napa Valley wines are available through the Napa Valley Reserve Wine offering for Collective Napa Valley. The sale opens on Friday, March 10 at 10 a.m. PST and closes Friday, March 31 at 11:59 PM PST.

“We’ve dug deep into our cellars to put together this incredible offering of wines. We’re grateful to have more than 40 wineries contributing to this offering. It speaks to the ongoing commitment our vintners have to the health and well being of our community,” said Delia Viader, owner and founding winemaker at Viader.

Napa Valley’s winemaking community has generously put forth limited quantities of rare and hard-to-find wines exclusively for the Collective Napa Valley community. The wines span vintages from 1996 to 2022, include large formats from magnums up to 9 liters and include a number of varietals such as Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Zinfandel, Red Blends, Chardonnay and Chenin Blanc.

To gain access to the offerings, one must be a member of Collective Napa Valley. Joining is free and can be done at any time to gain access to this offering and more throughout the year.

Wine purchases will support the Napa Valley Vintners Healthy Community Fund for our continued support of community health and youth focused programming in Napa Valley.

“With the funds raised we will provide responsive grant-making to help solve the most pressing issues in our area. Issues like mental health, after-school care, college and career readiness, senior care, and other health and wellness programming,” said Donna Walker, grants review committee chair for the Napa Valley Vintners and proprietor of Pulido~Walker Estate Vineyards and Winery.

In celebration of this offering, Karen MacNeil, author of The Wine Bible and editor of the digital newsletter WineSpeed, will host several vintners to discuss the ageability of Napa Valley wines on March 16 at 5:00 p.m. PT.

On the evening of March 10, #UncorkIt online will take place with wine personalities including Nadine Brown, Will Blackmon, The Wine Dude and John Jackson (The Attorney Somm). They will be joined by wineries all over Napa Valley in opening and sharing photos of special bottles of wine. Anyone is invited to participate by sharing a photo of their own.

Wines quantities are extremely limited and will be available until sold out or through Friday, March 31 at 11:59 p.m. PT.

Collective Napa Valley is a year-round philanthropy program that brings people together to enjoy Napa Valley wines while raising funds for the good of its community. Throughout the year, members engage with vintners and explore the region through a variety of programs and events online and in person.
