Espresso Martini Day March 15: This low-alcohol cocktail has 3% ABV. Combine 2 ounces of Caribbean Spiced Spirit with 1-ounce coffee liqueur (such as Kahlua), ¼ ounce of hazelnut syrup, and a shot of espresso in a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a martini glass, garnish with coffee beans.
National Gin & Tonic Day April 9: Combine 2 ounces of ISH London Botanical Spirit with 4 ounces of high-quality tonic water (such as Fever Tree) and garnish with fresh rosemary. Or, keep it easy with ISH canned G&Ts.
Cinco de Mayo May 5: Raise a glass with Mexico’s most authentic cocktail, the Paloma. Combine 1 ½ ounces ISH Mexican Agave Spirit, ¾ ounce fresh lemon juice, ¾ ounce pink grapefruit simple syrup, and 1 ¾ ounce soda water in a highball glass. Stir, add ice, and garnish with a pinch of pink Himalayan salt and a sprig of fresh rosemary (for extra magic, torch the rosemary sprig before adding.) To make pink grapefruit simple syrup, whisk 5 ounces of sugar with 3 ½ ounces of pink grapefruit juice until the sugar dissolves. Olé!
National Wine Day May 25 Pop the cork on Château del ISH sparkling blanc de blancs, made from Sylvaner and Pinot Gris grapes from Germany’s Rheingau region, or Château del ISH sparkling rosé, crafted from Pinot Noir and Merlot, also from the Rheingau.
Rosé Day June 10 Raise a glass to Rosé Day with Château del ISH sparkling rosé, crafted from Pinot noir and Merlot in Germany’s Rheingau region.
World Gin Day June 12 ISH has a delightful low-alcohol take on the legendary gin cocktail, the Clover Club. Combine 1½ ounces of ISH London Botanical Spirit, ½ ounce Lillet Blanco, ½ ounce of fresh lemon juice, and ½ ounce of raspberry syrup in a shaker with ice and strain into a coupe. Garnish with a fresh raspberry.
Daiquiri Day July 19: Go upscale with a sophisticated take on a Passionfruit Daiquiri. Combine 2 ounces ISH Caribbean Spiced Spirit, 2 ounces passionfruit purée, 1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice, 1-ounce vanilla syrup, and ½ ounce egg white (optional) into a shaker with ice. Shake, strain into a coupe glass, and top with Chateau del ISH sparkling rosé. Garnish with ½ a passionfruit.
National Tequila Day July 24 For an NA Margarita that tastes like a full-strength drink, combine one part ISH Mexican Agave Spirit with one part high-quality Margarita mix (such as Hella Good), with ice. Shake and strain into a glass, garnish with lime wheels.
World Rum Day July 8 The Dark n’ Stormy takes a very low-alcohol turn with 1¾ ounces ISH Caribbean Spiced Spirit, ¼ ounce simple syrup, ¼ ounce fresh lime juice, and 3 ounces of high-quality Ginger Beer (such as Fever Tree) and a dash of Angostura Bitters (contains alcohol). Mix all ingredients in a highball glass with ice.
Negroni Week in September ISH has a delicious low-alcohol twist on this classic drink. Combine 1 ounce each ISH London Botanical Spirit, Aperol, and Sweet Vermouth in a shaker with ice. Strain into a coupe and garnish with orange peel.
