New winter music series continues through Spring

January 31st – Shady Lane Cellars is making the most of winter in Suttons Bay with a weekly live music series in its tasting room. Friday Night Live debuted this January with a an array of popular local musicians. Guests are welcome to cozy up, sip on mulled wine, specialty cocktails, enjoy snacks or warm up with a bowl of soup. Shady Lane Cellars flights and wines by the glass will of course be available during Friday Night Live each week.

Nicholas Veine performs during Friday Night Live on Feb. 17 at Shady Lane Cellars.

“Things definitely quiet down during the winter season,” said Missy Check,  hospitality and event sales manager at Shady Lane Cellars, “but we want to remind people of all the great things our cold season has to offer. We want to give them a good reason to get out of the house and socialize.”

Friday Night Live was created to give locals and out-of-town guests a chance to enjoy live entertainment while relaxing with a glass of wine after a long week. It also spotlights the amazing talent in the area, Check said.
