Portfolio Features Smooth, Juicy and Approachable Wines that Celebrate the Beauty of Simplicity and Nature of Mendoza

Mendoza, Argentina, January 30, 2023 – Bodega Luigi Bosca, one of the oldest and most prestigious wineries in the Mendoza region, is introducing its popular La Linda wines to American consumers. The portfolio will focus on 3 wines –Torrontes, Malbec and Red Blend – each of which stands out for its intensity, freshness, and aromatic purity, while adhering to Bodega Luigi Bosca’s winemaking philosophy.

The brand will make its U.S. debut at the upcoming South Beach Food and Wine Festival in February, where it will be showcased at numerous trade and consumer activations. A robust lifestyle PR and influencer engagement campaign will follow throughout the year.

“We’re delighted to share these very special wines with the important American market,” said Alberto Arizu, CEO of Bodega Luigi Bosca. “Our marketing campaign in support of La Linda invites wine drinkers to appreciate the beauty of simple things and enjoy every moment with optimism, which we believe is the perfect message to share as we begin the new year,” he added.

Since 1901, the Arizu family founders of Luigi Bosca have been crafting exceptional wines that explore the nuance and diversity of Mendoza’s most premium subregions. La Linda was born out of this area and its name was inspired by the beauty of the local landscapes. The vineyards that produce La Linda are some of the highest altitudes of Mendoza and are surrounded by the mountain range, which is an ideal setting for crafting fruity wines which exude varietal character in aromas and flavors.

The full La Linda portfolio available in the U.S. includes Torrontes (the delicious native white of Argentina), a classic,  a fruit-forward, spiced and aromatic Malbec and a juicy, vibrant Red Blend as well as a crisp, unoaked Chardonnay

Our wines stand out for being expressive, balanced, and fruity; they are honest, smooth, and approachable wines,” said Belén Rodriguez, the winemaker for La Linda.  “We strive to truly express Mendoza’s terroir and altitude in the winemaking process, which has been developed, nurtured and refined over many decades.”

Mark Giordano, President of Pacific Highway Wines, which is the U.S. importer for Bodega Luigi Bosca, believes La Linda is poised for success in the American market. “La Linda is coming out of the gates strong with an enticing brand proposition, engaging marketing, and powerful viti-vini expertise behind the project,” he said.
