October 13th – The 14th Annual STARS of Cabernet will be held at Culina Restaurant at The Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills! This spectacular Cabernet showcase will bring over 40 of the best wineries in the business to Los Angeles. A daytime trade tasting for LA’s top cabernet accounts combined with a VIP Winemaker Dinner featuring Jean Hoefliger (of AXR and THE DEBATE) and Aaron Pott (of POTT Wines and FE Winery) will also be available. General admission tickets will allow access to the tasting from 7 PM to 9:30 PM and will provide after party access. Come celebrate the best in cabernet along with a stellar audience for a memorable evening. Sip, swirl, and chat with winemakers and industry icons! Auction benefits will go to our 501(c)(3) charitable partner.

ABOUT IAN TODD BLACKBURN
Wine Educator, Professional Sommelier / Host and Master of Wine Student – Ian discovered the wine industry at the ripe age of 21 while working for famous chefs such as Thomas Keller and then at 24 for Joachim Splichal in Los Angeles’ top dining rooms. The discovery of wine and his endless need for knowledge quickly engulfed Ian’s life, and his passion redirected his career from restaurants and hotels to vineyards and education. With over 25-years of experience traveling the wine world, Ian is a published author (Wiley Publications, 2002), has 10 vintages of top level winemaking on his resume at Beekeeper Cellars, and is considered one of the region’s best wine educators.
