Terlato Wines Introduces Two New Wines from Feudi Di San Gregorio to the US Market

Feudi di San Gregorio Visione Rose and Feudi di San Gregorio Cutizzi Greco di Tufo

LAKE BLUFF, IL:  JULY 12, 2022 – Established in 1938, fourth generation family-owned and operated Terlato Wines welcomes the addition of Visione Rose 2021 and Cutizzi Greco Di Tufo DOCG 2021 to the portfolio of Feudi di San Gregorio wines imported by Terlato Wines.

Visione, which translates to ‘vision’ in English, is sourced from different parcels of Aglianico grapes located in Feudi di San Gregorio’s Taurasi vineyards at altitudes ranging from 980-1,150 feet, picked at different times to provide a unique expression of Aglicanico Rose. Fresh and fragrant with elegant and delicate aromas of flowers and berry fruits, Visione is a Rose with flavor, structure and texture. Quick facts follow:

Cutizzi, named for the vineyard from where the grapes are sourced is Feudi di San Gregorio’s most iconic expression of the Greco di Tufo grape. The Cutizzi vineyard, at an altitude ranging from 1,400 to 2,300 feet, comprises of finely textured volcanic and calcareous soils, and is one of Feudi di San Gregorio’s finest vineyards. “Tufo” which 

means ‘tuff’ in English refers to the volcanic rock subsoils of the area. A perfumed and aromatic Greco, Cutizzi offers layers of pear, peach and green plum with lively acidity and mineral notes. Quick facts follow:
