RNDC Appoints Jessica Schilling as Chief Human Resources Officer

Grand Prairie, Texas, July 6, 2022 — Republic National Distributing Company, the national distributor and broker of premium wine and spirits, today announced the appointment of Jessica Schilling as Chief Human Resources Officer and Executive Vice President, reporting to Chief Executive Officer Nick Mehall. In this role, Schilling will develop, lead and execute the human capital strategy for the company.

“We are excited to have Jessica join RNDC,” Mehall said. “Her experience in the distributor tier, supplier tier, and broader beverage space will be valuable as we seek to continue RNDC’s transformation and become the employer of choice.“

Schilling brings broad experiences to RNDC, having most recently served as the Chief HR Officer for Johnson Brothers where she led the HR, Communications and Safety functions. In her role, she oversaw HR Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Communications, Payroll, Benefits, HRIS and Safety.

Prior to joining Johnson Brothers, Schilling served as the Chief People Officer for Heineken USA where she led the HR team. She also spent 15 years with Diageo, culminating in the role of Senior Vice President, HR. Prior to taking on roles in the Human Resources function, Schilling joined Diageo in Corporate Communications, building on her previous public relations and public affairs agency experience at The Hawthorn Group. Schilling graduated from Georgetown University with a Bachelor of Arts, Psychology.
