June 20th – ST. LOUIS, MO – Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurants, an upscale casual dining restaurant with award-winning wines, is announcing the opening of its newest restaurant in St. Peters, Missouri, making this the company’s 3rd location in Missouri and 50th in the country. The restaurant, located at 5300 N Service Rd., will be open to the public on Tuesday, July 5 at 11 am.

“We are excited to bring our innovative concept and wines to a flourishing community like St. Peters,” said Founder and CEO Tim McEnery. “Our restaurant in Town and Country has been wildly successful, which is why we want to extend our unique dining experience to more guests throughout the Greater St. Louis area.”

The St. Peters culinary team is proudly led by Executive Kitchen Manager Peter Barken. Peter works closely with Executive Chef Matt McMillin to ensure the best in quality and presentation for all guests who come to enjoy Cooper’s Hawk contemporary American cuisine and wine.

The menu includes dine-in and carryout, gluten-free, dessert, kids, happy hour, and catering options. Popular dishes and the wines they pair with include:

  • Pan-Roasted Barramundi – blistered green beans, grape tomatoes, and ginger rice in a Thai lemongrass sauce – and Gewürztraminer
  • S’mores Budino – caramel custard, Valrhona chocolate mousse, and a brown-butter toasted graham cracker – and Nightjar, a port-style wine

Guests can also be seated inside the private dining area; it has space for up to 48 guests, and the room can be split into two for smaller parties with up to 24 people each. The outdoor patio seats an additional 48 people.

As with every other location, this one features a Napa-style tasting room and retail market. The restaurant was designed by Aria Group Architects, Inc., a Chicago-based architectural firm that has worked with Cooper’s Hawk for over 15 years.

“The design of the Cooper’s Hawk Winery and Restaurant in St. Peters, MO is inspired by Napa Valley’s wine country,” said Stacey Bouwman, Senior Designer of Aria Group Architects, Inc. “The atmosphere is upscale, yet approachable and inviting.
