Rose Gold Rosé Expands Across United States with New Round of Funding

Founder Casey Barber Announces Massive Distribution Across The U.S. as Rose Gold Rosé Exceeds YOY Growth Plan

DALLAS, TX. – MARCH 24, 2022 Rose Gold Rosé Founder Casey Barber announces massive expansion in distribution across the United States, with a new round of funding from a Dallas-based venture capital firm. Since 2018 when the brand was founded, Rose Gold Rosé has consistently exceeded YoY sales, and saw 180% growth through the pandemic. To kickoff 2022, Rose Gold Rosé’s revenue is on track to do $1M in sales and the company is projecting 229% growth from 2021.

Prior to the pandemic Rose Gold Rosé’s business was primarily focused within on-premise and hospitality accounts. Over the course of the past 24 months, Barber’s growth has debunked the mindset that rosé season ends at the end of summer. Barber honed in on her retail accounts while navigating through supply chain delays and shortages during the pandemic, which catapulted sales and amplified it into an attainable luxury lifestyle brand. Now rosé is considered a year-round wine option.

Rose Gold Rosé is an AOP Côtes de Provence Rosé with a blend consisting mostly of grenache and cinsault – with a pale pink shade – complemented by the aroma of rich, fresh fruits, followed by hints of white flowers and minerals. With the expansion across the U.S., Rose Gold Rosé can be found nationwide in independent retail outlets, on wine lists in restaurants and bars, as well as on Wine.com – this was key during the pandemic when travel and dining at restaurants was put on hold.

“I am thrilled to announce the expansion of Rose Gold Rosé across the United States,” says Casey Barber. “This has been a true labor of love, and seeing the wine on shelves and menus at new and old favorite places is a dream come true. The wine industry has been primarily dominated by men for some time, so I’m excited to be a part of the small percentage of female founders in the field. We are excited for all that is to come for the brand – our new round of funding is allowing us to experience new markets and bring the brand to new audiences.”

A list of notable new accounts where Rose Gold Rosé is now being served includes The Omni Hotels nationwide, The Graduate Hotels nationwide, The Dunmore in Harbor Island, Bahamas, Mr. Purple in New York City, The Fontainebleau Hotel in Miami, The Windsor Court Hotel in New Orleans, and more to come.

The specific estate Rose Gold Rosé is grown on is in Coers, one of four in the Golden Triangle North and West of Saint-Tropez. Located fifty miles Northwest of Saint Tropez, the vineyard is known for the maturity of its vines and low production which gives a full, rich flavor and aroma to the wine.

“All my memories of drinking rose are happy onessunny patios, beautiful poolside afternoons with friends and on vacations,” says Barber. “It is almost impossible to conjure up an unhappy rosé moment! I have been drinking Provence rosé for many years and was inspired to make my own. Rose Gold Rosé was created out of a love for rosé and when you pour a glass on an afternoon with a friend, you will find yourself transported to the South of France where my own love for this beautiful pink French wine began.”
