Paso Robles, CA, March 16, 2022 – Riboli Family Wines has announced the acquisition of a 160- acre vineyard property in the Willow Creek District of the Paso Robles AVA.  The parcel includes 80 acres of vines planted to Cabernet Sauvignon & Syrah varietals.

The acquisition is the eighth estate vineyard in Paso Robles for the family-owned company, which recently purchased a 100-acre property in the El Pomar District as well as Jada Vineyard & Winery in December.

“We are excited to add yet another vineyard in the exclusive Willow Creek District,” says 4th generation winemaker, Anthony Riboli. The vineyard joins Riboli Estates Group’s portfolio of estate grown wines, including San Simeon, Maddalena, Opaque, Riboli Family Vineyard, Jada Vineyard & Winery, Windstream, and Highlands 41.

The purchase includes the vineyard parcel, a residence, but no brand or wine assets. By order of the US Bankruptcy Court, Onyx Asset Advisors, LLC acted as Sales Agent for the Trustee of Northern Holding, LLC.
