Les Dames d’Escoffier New York Presents Its Third Annual Next Big Sip Featuring Wine and Spirits Experts Entitled the Silver Lining, Revelations in the Beverage World

February 22nd – NEW YORK, NY— The third annual “The Next Big Sip,” featuring five wine and spirits experts across different sectors of the beverage industry and presented by Les Dames d’Escoffier of New York, will explore critical issues, key trends and newfound opportunities for 2022 that came to the fore during the pandemic.  The live webinar will take place on March 8th, International Women’s Day from 5:30pm – 6:45pm. The panel of industry professionals includes: 

Amy Zavatto, renowned wine and spirits author and journalist

    • Lydia Richards, Founder of Hispanics in Wine, Vinoconcierge
    • Kara Newman, Spirits Editor for Wine Enthusiast, author of several cocktail books
    • Robin Epperson-McCarthy, Owner and Winemaker of Saltbird Cellars
    • Jenny Lefcourt, Owner and Founder of Jenny & Francois Selections, a natural wine importer
  • Alisa Bowens-Mercado, Brewmaster and founder of Rhythm & Brews

Topics will include natural wine, low alcohol wines, new formats, new participants, the exponential growth in sparkling wines and in spirits, along with other hot topics.
