Wine Industry Leadership Conference Announced

Healdsburg, CA, January 6, 2022— On February 9, 2022, Wine Industry Network (WIN) is hosting its inaugural Wine Industry Leadership Conference—a virtual conference inspired by the challenges industry professionals in leadership positions are currently facing.

Despite all the difficulties experienced over the last two years, the wine industry has persevered, businesses have evolved. We are stronger, more resilient.

The key to this success: understanding the current economic climate and best practices for maintaining a modern wine business.

This year’s conference topics include:

  • Economic Forecast – What to Expect in 2022
  • Talent Retention – Keeping A Strong Team Intact
  • Successfully Transitioning Your Winery to New Leadership

“The past 20 months have certainly presented plenty of challenges for our industry. As we head into 2022, it appears there may be more of the same but, as we’ve witnessed, there’s no shortage of success stories either,” stated George Christie, CEO of Wine Industry Network. “The common denominator for those wineries that have done well: their leadership remains informed, engaged, and willing to adjust accordingly. Providing that relevant information and leveraging the experience of peers and category experts is what the Leadership Conference is all about,” added Christie.

The virtual conference will be broadcast on Wednesday, February 9th, from 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. Registration is free for wine industry professionals.
