Tickets to Thursday and Friday Evening Grand Tastings Still Available

October 20th – Presented by Wine Spectator, the New York Wine Experience is a celebration of outstanding wine. Over the course of three days, attendees taste an exciting variety of wines with the world’s best vintners, including top scoring bottlings and rare older vintages. Guests will also enjoy daytime seminars—featuring winemakers including Sting and Trudie Styler of Il Palagio and Jon Bon Jovi and Jesse Bongiovi of Hampton Water—as well as wine-pairing lunches and evening Grand Tastings, each pouring bottles rated 90 points or higher. Proof of COVID-19 vaccination is required to attend.

Wine Spectator Editor & Publisher Marvin R. Shanken and the publication’s editorial team welcome winemakers and estate owners presenting rare wines from around the world.

  • Grand Tasting: $500 per evening (Thursday or Friday)
  • Weekend Package: $2,495 (Sold out; Waitlist available)

HIGHLIGHTS:

  • Critics’ Choice Grand Tastings (Thursday and Friday Evenings)—Sample from more than 200 wines, from the world’s best winemakers and wine regions.
  • Chefs’ Challenge (Saturday Morning)—Great chefs and restaurateurs match food, wine and wits. The competition features Michael Lomanaco, Emeril Lagasse, Danny Meyer and Eric Ripert.
  • Awards Celebrations (Saturday Afternoon)—José Andrés will accept the Distinguished Service Award for his work with World Central Kitchen, and the Grand Award—Wine Spectator’s top honor for restaurants’ wine programs—will be presented to the new winners of 2021.

Proceeds from the Wine Experience support The Wine Spectator Scholarship Foundation, which provides grants and scholarships to a wide variety of wine-related and culinary programs. To date, more than $30 million has been raised thanks to the generosity of vintners and wine lovers around the world.
