A freshly updated menu paired with Kuhlman Cellars’ newest releases
Stonewall, Texas – September 20, 2021 – Kuhlman Cellars today announces the fall 2021 wine and food tasting menu. This educational, 45-minute seated tasting includes a sample of five Kuhlman Cellars wines expertly paired with delicious and seasonal chef-prepared bites. Every single component of each bite is handmade, including the vinegars, oils, crackers, and chips.
The Fall 2021 Wine and Food Experience includes:
- 2020 Estate White paired with Pork Rillette topped with Curried Apples and Mustard Vinegar on a Semolina Cracker
- Hensell Rosé paired with Corn Madeleine topped with Zucchini & Basil Succotash and Lemon Pepper Oil
- 2017 Alluvé paired with Kuhlman Cellars Herbed Almonds
- 2017 Astéries paired with Beet Scented Goat Cheese and Farm Pepper Vinegar served with a Mushroom Salt Dusted Purple Potato Chip
- 2017 Barranca paired with Pumpkin Cheesecake topped with Vanilla-Infused Maple Syrup Whipped Cream and Cinnamon
This tasting is guided by a sommelier and takes place in Kuhlman’s beautiful Barrel Room with a view of the vineyard. Tickets for this tasting are $35/person, or $12 for Vina Vita Wine Club Members (up to four guests). You can book the tasting here.
