August 4th – PATRIMONY Estate, a winery in Paso Robles helmed by brothers Georges and Daniel Daou, leading figures in the Central Coast winemaking community, are expanding their offerings to a hospitality experience opening in spring 2024. The Daous will work with a local contractor and architect for this project.

Among its many immersive offerings for guests, The Chateau will include eight master suites, a Michelin-level restaurant, a library of past PATRIMONY vintages, private tasting rooms, cheese cave, and cigar lounge. The expansive terrace will boast breathtaking views of the highest elevation vineyard and winery in Paso Robles, just 14 miles from the Pacific Ocean. A modern winery, gravity-fed with caves for bottle storage will house the world-class Bordeaux varietals.
