RNDC Signs with Four CBD Companies

Grand Prairie, Texas, July 26, 2021 – Republic National Distributing Company (RNDC), the national distributor and broker of premium wine and spirits, today announced its entry into the CBD business. RNDC signed distribution agreements with DayTrip, Oh Hi, Sati Soda, and Wyld CBD. Their products will be sold in Alaska, Colorado, Florida, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Oregon and Texas, where CBD is legal and legislated by the states.

RNDC approached our entry into this growing area of business strategically, working with Stephanie Honig of 8 of March Consulting Company. Day Trip, Oh Hi, Sati Soda and Wyld CBD are the inaugural partners as we launch our distribution efforts with these unique products.

Wyld CBD was the first supplier to sign on with RNDC. “Wyld CBD is proud to announce its partnership with RNDC,” Wyld CBD CEO Aaron Morris said. “RNDC is known for their dominance in wine and spirits distribution and together we look to include our CBD products to that dominating list. This partnership offers strong support to our business as we look to aggressively expand our brands nationally along with our shared commitment to service, transparency, accountability, and professionalism.”

RNDC’s distribution agreements begin in mid-August.
