Enhancing Retail, Shipping, Auction & Storage Offerings
WHITE PLAINS, NY, May 25, 2021 Zachys is proud to announce the next step in the company’s evolution, the opening of a new, state-of-the-art facility in Port Chester, New York in early 2022.
The new 70,000 sq. ft. facility will allow the company’s brick-and-mortar, e-commerce, auction and storage business units to be housed under one roof for the first time in the company’s history. This consolidation will streamline many facets of the business’s operations, most notably an enhanced 3,500 sq. ft. retail footprint will allow Zachys to display more of the 7,000+ wine and spirits SKUs that will be housed at the location. Exterior renderings of the new facility display the significance of Zachys’ history and its family-owned legacy, with a nod to that heritage through the display of the original logo across the storefront. The new location will also increase the company’s ability to ship 400% more packages per day than at present, making it the largest wine shipping facility in the Northeast.
