Grand Prairie, Texas, May 13, 2021 – Republic National Distributing Company (RNDC), distributor of wine and spirits in the United States, released its annual Spirit of Responsibility report. The 2020 theme is “Resilience” focusing on how associates and the company showed resilience through the pandemic.

“Even through the pandemic, RNDC continued to make significant contributions to our associates, communities, business partners and governance,” Tom Cole, RNDC Chief Executive Officer, said. “I am proud of the resilience our associates showed as circumstances changed daily.”

Vice President of Human Resources for RNDC Lorraine Luke added, “As we reflect on 2020, together we demonstrated a collective accountability against many challenges including unprecedented natural disasters; political strife; social injustice; and the pandemic which caused business disruptions and impacted our very way of life at work, home, and school. Throughout all these challenges, our associates remained resilient and focused on servicing our customers, suppliers, and communities.”

The 2020 Spirit of Responsibility captures many of the contributions RNDC’s 13,000 associates, owners and business partners made in the communities in which they live. Read more about RNDC’s Corporate Social Responsibility here.
