As COVID-19 has affected fall event plans across British Columbia, the BC Wine, Cider & Spirits Festival has found another way to support their members, and promote all of the wonderful things they continue to do through these challenging times.
The Festival team has decided to offer a monthly member subscription box, and holiday gift baskets, inclusive of locally made items, and feature products from their member Wineries, Cideries, Breweries & Distilleries.
Offered on the website will be a Wine gift box, a Cider gift box, a Spirits gift box, a Beer gift box; or the most exciting option; a monthly subscription box that will feature 6 bottles made up of 1 red wine, 1 white wine, 1 rose/sparkling, 1 beer, 1 cider & 1 liquor from their members.
The subscription will begin pre-sale on October 15th and will feature members Taynton Bay Spirits, Nighthawk Vineyards, The BX Press and more. Every month the featured items will change to offer different BC Wine, Cider & Spirits Festival members products, bringing the tasting event experience home.
“As the holiday season approaches we wanted to make it easy for people to support local as they decided upon their corporate thank you gifts. We feel we have created British Columbian focused gifts that any client would be thankful to receive, and as an incentive for companies to keep it in the community we will be offering a corporate discount for larger orders” says Katherine Bramall Founder of the BC Wine, Cider & Spirits Festival. “We have certainly felt the effects of Covid-19 on our event business, and know that our members and community are feeling it as well; and so we feel it is our responsibility to be innovative in finding ways to continue to build and support our members, the craft liquor industry, and of course our community”, Bramall continued.
All boxes will be made available for purchase, and delivery across Canada through the companies website bcwinefestival.com
