SommCon Brings Live and Recorded Educational Sessions to Beverage Professionals and Enthusiasts Through a Weeklong Virtual Summit

Taking Place September 21-25, the Summit Features Over 30 Educational Sessions Along with Bonus Activities for Wine & Beverage Professionals

San Diego, CA (August 25, 2020) –SommCon®, a leading conference for beverage professionals and serious enthusiasts, announces a weeklong virtual wine summit taking place this September 21-25. The summit brings wine education directly to participants through over 30 live and recorded educational sessions plus bonus activities like the first SommCon Spelling Bee.

The virtual summit is an opportunity for beverage professionals and enthusiasts to continue their education while live events like SommCon are unable to take place in person. Each day of the summit, SommCon releases new live and recorded videos around every hour. Once a video is released, attendees are able to access it for viewing through the remainder of the summit. Participants have access to all recorded video content 5 days after the summit ends for 10 full days of e-learning.

Following SommCon’s virtual summit, the content will be removed and uploaded to SommGoTM for paid subscribers to access. SommGo is an online membership subscription service and video education platform launching this September. The platform puts year-round, on-demand
training and education in the hands of global beverage professionals and enthusiasts.

The virtual summit takes place September 21-25, 2020 starting daily at 8:00 a.m. and concluding in the evenings. The cost of a pass is $50.
