“The SingleThread Farms Summer Wine Dinner Series at Trenton Roadhouse”; SingleThread to Introduce Rooftop Garden Wine Bar Experience
Healdsburg, CA – SingleThread is partnering with Kistler Vineyards for the Summer Wine Dinner Series served completely outdoors amongst the vineyards at Kistler’s Trenton Roadhouse. This is the first time that Chef Kyle and Katina Connaughton are taking their three-Michelin starred cuisine on the road for two months beginning Saturday, August 1st through the end of September, on Thursday – Monday evenings.
The Kistler – SingleThread Dining Experience will include a 10-course menu paired with their single-vineyard wines. Guests will dine amongst the vineyards at separate tables per party appropriately distanced from other guests and will be offered an option for contactless pay. The menu is priced at $375/pp, not including tax, gratuities, or wine. A private dining option for 6-8 guests is available for $425 per guest. Optional wine pairing is available for $300 and focused primarily on selections of Kistler wines from various single vineyard sites around Sonoma County. By-the-glass options will also be available.
Kistler has always been a leader in the viticulture world producing some of the Connaughton’s favorite wines from the region from exceptional vineyards throughout Sonoma County. They are farmers first and foremost and share their passion for sustainable agricultural techniques and letting the land and ingredients speak first. This dinner series will serve in part as a fundraiser to support the incredible work of Sonoma Family Meal and Community Foundation Sonoma County COVID-19 Resilience Fund. A special raffle package from Kistler Vineyards and SingleThread will be offered (approximate value $10,000) with a target goal of raising $20,000.

On August 6th through the end of September, SingleThread will reopen the rooftop gardens as a casual summer wine bar from 5:00PM- 9:30PM Wednesdays – Fridays and 2:00PM -9:30PM on Saturdays & Sundays. Wine Director Rusty Rastello will be curating a special by the glass and by the bottle list of Champagnes as well as local wines and Old World selections. A small menu of items from the SingleThread kitchen will also be available to complement the wine experience including produce from the farm as well as artisanal products from the local community.
