Amid the uncertainty about the spread of COVID-19 on the West Coast and how that is going to affect ability to attract ticket sales, brand partners and overall attendance, Blended Festivals has decided to postpone the Huntington Beach event scheduled for June 2020.

Blended Festivals was created to service a growing population of festival goers who also want to enjoy fine culinary experiences, good wine and spirits and outdoor group activities while listening to amazing lineups! Because of the communal nature of these events and the growing uncertainty on the West Coast, combined with the proximity of the event being only a few months away, it has been decided to postpone the event until September 2020.

“I think it’s important for our brand partners, our musical performers, our culinary and beverage partners and the guests that we move the event back a few months and allow more time for everything to shake out. The last thing we want to do is rush the event the first year, have poor attendance and set ourselves up for a bad outcome” said CEO, Sean Evans. Blended still plans on producing their 2nd annual event in San Diego August 29, 2020 as scheduled.

Blended Festival is a fully-immersive festival experience including a culinary stage with chef demonstrations as well as other food vendors and locations to purchase beer, wine, spirits and non-alcoholic beverages. Blended will feature multiple stages with different genres of music. Artists are announced as they’re booked. Blended produced the inaugural event in San Diego in August 2019 and plans to produce the second annual event again in San Diego in August as well as producing two other events, including Huntington Beach in 2020.
