Republic National Distributing Company Names Corporate Shared Sales Services Leaders


Grand Prairie, Texas, March 2, 2020 – Republic National Distributing Company (RNDC), a world-class distributor of fine wines and spirits in North America, announces the next level of leadership appointments for the integrated RNDC/Young’s Market Company Corporate Shared Sales Services Team, led by Jay Finnigan, Senior VP, Shared Sales Services. 

Finnigan has more than 24 years of industry experience with leadership roles at AB InBev, The Gambrinus Company, and Brown Forman. In 2013, he joined RNDC to lead the strategic initiatives related to sales innovation and technology. Finnigan is responsible for standardizing commercial practices related to sales performance, supplier finance, data management and reporting, customer service, and inside sales for both RNDC and Young’s.

Leading Commercial Finance Services is Gio Bonilla, Director, Commercial Finance. Bonilla’s leadership in driving standardization and process for financial policies and tracking has been invaluable. In her role, Bonilla will continue to provide strategic direction to commercial financial practices and policies.

Leading the Supplier Finance Team is Luke Guidroz, Director, Supplier Finance. Joining RNDC in 2018, he has been instrumental in the strategic implementation of a key business model at RNDC and Young’s. He will standardize best practices and provide strategic planning and analytical support to the Supplier Business Development Teams.

Leading the Sales Performance Team is Bill Smith, Director, Sales Performance. At RNDC, Smith has led several initiatives with a positive impact on sales performance. His team will provide strategic support to drive sales execution with leadership on CRM technology, standardized Supplier Incentive Platform, and supplier connectivity through the eRNDC.

Claus Reissig, Director, Commercial Intelligence, joins the Shared Sales Services Team to lead the new Commercial Intelligence Team. In his 16-year career at RNDC, he has held several leadership positions within the IT function. His team will lead RNDC’s Master Data Management and the company-wide reporting and data transfers for supplier partners.

The Corporate Shared Sales Services team continues to report to RNDC COO Bob Hendrickson.
