Along with the Optima Steamer barrel tool cleaning demonstrations, Steamericas will be demonstrating the new pneumatic conveyor belt cleaning tool for automated conveyor belt cleaning. The Optima Steamer is a multi-faceted cleaning and sanitizing tool for winery operations with sustainability in mind. Dry steam transfers high temperature further and quicker than chemical and water based sanitizing methods. It is also chemical-free and uses a fraction of water (for example, approximately 1/2 gal water per barrel).
