Gernep is dedicated to manufacturing rotary labeling systems. Our focus is to replace underperforming labelers in existing bottling lines with a minimum of pain for our customers.
Whether you need extreme versatility, high speed, orientation or to apply multiple labels to the same bottle, we have solutions. We are offering several labeling technologies, including pressure-sensitive labels, cold glue cut & stack, and hot melt.
In addition, we have various options to apply “L-shape” or “U-Shape” tax stamps, or foil-over-cap labels. Bottle orientation can be achieved mechanically, with optical sensors or with camera systems.
