Pellenc Presents Its New Products for Viticulture

By using mechanisation to serve tradition, PELLENC has been helping to revolutionise vineyard work since 1973 through optimised production quality. Its harvesting machines and various tools have already been attracting thousands of professionals around the world for over 40 years. In order to continue meeting their needs and adapting both to their new expectations and to the current challenges in viticulture, the Group regularly offers new innovations.

Today, PELLENC is launching a new range of OPTIMUM harvesting machines, whose ‘combined multitasking’ coupling system was honoured as part of the SITEVI INNOVATION AWARDS 2019, as well as a new range of EOLE sprayers. These Tools incorporate the latest PELLENC technology in terms of ease of use, respect for the environment and operator safety.

The Combined Multitasking Innovation: PELLENC’s answer to growers’ need to work with two tools at once.

The PELLENC multifunction carrier has already proven popular with many growers. Growers are highly satisfied with the comfort of the machine overall, rating it as particularly productive and quiet. Recently, they expressed the need to be able to use the machine while working with 2 tools across two full rows simultaneously. This led the PELLENC R&D teams to develop a new generation of OPTIMUM tools that allow for combined tasks. For instance, growers will be able to trim and work the soil at the same time, over 2 full rows and in a single run.

A key change which was also an opportunity to optimise cleaning of the machine, enhance its safety and further improve its level of comfort, specifically through a new spacious and ergonomic cab.

The new EOLE 2000 and 3000 sprayers for accurate spraying.

The changes made to the EOLE sprayer include improving user safety, specifically through the product induction unit which makes it possible to prepare the spray mixture from the ground. The new EOLE versions also provide built-in rinse tanks, including an on-board tank of 350 litres of clear water. Their 2,000 and 3,000-litre capacities will allow users to benefit from an improved flow, particularly for export customers. These new tools are also equipped with DPAE systems (electronically controlled flow rate proportional to forward speed). Directly integrated into the console of the carrier, this makes it possible to work with a flow which is automatically regulated according to ground speed.

All of the technical details for these new tools are available on demand.
