Marking 30 years of winemaking with oysters, live music, & release of the 2014 Sparkling Brut Rosé
Sunday, June 2nd from 4-6pm
(HEALDSBURG, CALIFORNIA, May 2019) – Moshin Vineyards, led by winemaker-owner Rick Moshin, will celebrate its 30th anniversary (the symbol of which is the pearl) with a “Pearl of a Party” on its winery crush pad on Sunday, June 2nd from 4-6 pm.
This delicious, two-hour fête will feature oysters from Petaluma-based The Oyster Girls, live music (TBD), and the release of Moshin’s 2014 Pearl Anniversary Sparkling Brut Rosé, which is made from the winery’s estate-grown Pinot Noir and aged en tirage for three years. All 94 cases’ worth of this méthode champenoise bubbly bear a pearlescent, pearl-strewn label in honor of the winery’s Pearl Anniversary.
Tickets for the “Pearl of a Party” are $45 per person ($35 / Wine Club) and available on the Moshin Vineyards website. Guests are asked to wear their favorite shade(s) of pearl to celebrate this special occasion!
Based in Sonoma County’s Russian River Valley, Moshin Vineyards specializes in single-vineyard and estate-blend Pinot Noir, but also produces Chardonnay (Russian River Valley); Sauvignon Blanc, Merlot, and Zinfandel (all Dry Creek Valley); traditional-method sparkling wine; and a crowd-pleasing Rosé of Pinot Noir.
