Steamericas booth 1905 will feature the Optima Steamer SEII model and two types of barrel cleaning tools. These specialized barrel tools achieve high temperature and light pressure to maximize efficacy of barrel sanitation and minimize steaming time. Reaching high temperature beyond 2~5mm of barrels’ internal surface is critical to remove brettanomyce. Temperature and pressure gauges on the barrel tools let users know the optimal internal temperature has been reached.
