Burkett will manage distributor and retail relationships for the Southeastern U.S.
Santa Ynez Valley, CA — Fess Parker Winery announced today the addition of wine sales veteran Allyson Burkett to its team. Burkett is based in Florida and will oversee Fess Parker Winery’s distributor and retail account relationships across the Southeastern United States.
The winery, entering its 30th year of business in 2019, enjoys strong distribution across the U.S. and in key Western European markets. The decision to add to its salesforce in the Southeast was led by customer support for the brand — both in retail channels and through the winery’s Wine Club.
“We’ve been thrilled to see our direct relationships grow in Florida and across the Southeast over the past few years,” said winery president Tim Snider. “Adding Ally to the team at this moment in our storyline will only boost our trajectory in those key markets, and allow us to connect with our clientele directly as we’ve always preferred to do.”
Burkett has deep roots in the wine business, having begun her career at E&J Gallo before stints at Young’s Market Company, Delegat USA, Foley Family Wines, and most recently the Hess Collection. Burkett earned her bachelor’s degree at Flagler College and holds a WSET Level II certificate. She lives outside Jacksonville, Florida with her family.
