Showcasing Better Wine Fermenting and Ageing Vessels….  We’ll be displaying and promoting a range of our fine barrels and casks (all discounted for purchase at the show), including a new rotary fermentation cask developed by the Rousseau Cooperage.  It is 100% French oak, 1000L in volume, and rotates on a sleek, sturdy, and low-profile roller system developed using ball bearings embedded in a traditional looking oak rack.  Stainless handles allow for easy rotating of the tank, and a cupola lid gives ample access for filling and emptying the cask for use with red or white wine.

Come by our booth and ask us what makes the original French concrete tanks of Nomblot so special; or about the art of oak large format fermenting and aging in Rousseau tanks and casks; or of course about our full range of barrels.
