Why Soil Health and Technology Are at the Forefront in the Farm of the Future

March 21 @ 10:00 am - 11:00 am PDT

Sonoma County is home to more than 1,800 certified sustainable wine grape growers and is one of the world’s most sustainable winegrowing regions. That’s why Sonoma County Winegrowers’ (SCW) has created The Farm of the Future in their region, a multi-stakeholder project showcasing a living lab that provides real-world applications of game-changing technology and solutions for sustainable and regenerative agriculture.

Join SCW president and CEO, Karissa Kruse, and Agrology’s Head of Regenerative Partnerships, Charlie Dubbe, as they discuss:

  • What the “Farm of the Future” could look like, including best practices for farmers to achieve a higher quality crop with fewer resources, while improving their environmental footprint
  • Increasing the longevity of vineyards by improving soil health
  • Which technologies, practices and inputs to use to increase sustainability in vineyards
  • The partners and technologies that are a part of the Farm of the Future project, and the outcomes that we hope to deliver with this project
