May 12, 2026 — Telmont is proud to be selected, for the sixth consecutive year, as the official Champagne of the Cannes Film Festival, on the occasion of its 79th edition. Its emblematic cuvée, “Réserve Brut,” will accompany the Festival’s key moments and associated events.

This presence at Cannes is an opportunity for the House to bring its “In the Name of Mother Nature” project to the forefront, and to share its vision of an exceptional champagne, crafted with the utmost respect for the environment. It is also an opportunity to reaffirm its commitment alongside those who drive creativity, champion meaningful initiatives, and place the environment at the heart of their actions.
A historic cuvée of the House, “Réserve Brut” embodies the Telmont style, both airy and generous. Made from a blend of the three emblematic Champagne grape varieties (Chardonnay, Meunier, and Pinot Noir), it is distinguished by the finesse of its bubbles and its balance between tension and freshness. This cuvée expresses the full elegance of the Champagne terroir.
“When we discovered Telmont Champagne, we were won over by its integrity and elegance – the mark of a great wine. We also loved its mindset, the choices defended by this little House with big ambitions, determined not to follow the pack. Telmont creates its own path. Just like in cinema, we have here an ‘author’s Champagne’.” – Thierry Frémaux, General Delegate of the Festival de Cannes
“Cannes is the world’s greatest celebration of cinema! What a joy to be associated with it once again and to continue sharing our message, always in the Name of Mother Nature. In our own way, as winemakers, we see ourselves as creators too, crafting ‘Champagne d’auteur’ to celebrate ‘cinéma d’auteur’.” – Ludovic du Plessis, President of Maison Telmont
About Maison Telmont
Telmont is a century-old start-up: born in 1912 and still daring to challenge the status quo, in the Name of Mother Nature!
Since 2021, through its environmental program In the Name of Mother Nature*, Telmont has pursued a single ambition: to produce exceptional Champagne without any compromise on sustainability. Guided by the belief that “the wine is good if the Earth is beautiful”, the House aims to convert 100% of the estate’s and partner winegrowers’ vineyards to organic and regenerative agriculture by 2031 (with 70% already farmed organically today). In 2025, Telmont became the first Champagne House to earn the Regenerative Organic Certified® (ROCTM) certification, on its organic certified vineyards. The House also aims at drastically reducing carbon emissions with the goal of achieving Net Zero by 2050. This commitment is reflected in concrete actions*, including the elimination of gift boxes, the co-development of the world’s lightest standard Champagne bottle (800g), the halt of air freight, and the use of renewable energy.
Under the expertise of Cellar Master Brice Bezin, the House crafts champagnes with an airy yet structured style, balancing tension, freshness and remarkable length. In 2024, Telmont unveiled its manifesto cuvée, “Réserve de la Terre”, crafted from 100% organic grapes: radiant, luminous, and full of life, this cuvée represents the future of Maison Telmont.
Telmont is supported by like-minded investors, including Rémy Cointreau, majority shareholder of Telmont, and Leonardo DiCaprio, investor and committed environmentalist.
