January 2026 (Pedemonte di Valpolicella) – The future of a family-owned winery is built with awareness and a long view towards the future. In this spirit, in January, Tedeschi will welcome Enrico, the son of Antonietta Tedeschi, as the first new generation employee in the winery. The eldest of seven cousins, Enrico represents the beginning of a broad project that signals a major step in the path of continuity and development of the historic winemaking enterprise of Valpolicella, which will ultimately see the integration of the entire new Tedeschi generation.
Enrico is a career lawyer, who has grown his professional experience in high level contexts, allowing him to develop legal, managerial, and strategic skills. Now, he will use this body of knowledge together with his strong background in the world of wine along with the passion he has cultivated over time to further the objectives of the winery. Specifically, Enrico will contribute to the development of the brand in the Italian market, lending his support to the strategic and commercial decisions with a direct and authentic contemporary approach that will allow him to communicate with different audiences and younger generations in a way that is coherent with current trends.
“We are incredibly proud begin the onboarding process of the new generation through a well thought out path that involves study, experience, and responsibility. The integration of Enrico as an employee of the winery represents the first step in a broader project that will, over time, see the integration of the entire new generation of the Tedeschi family. By welcoming Enrico, we are ensuring the continuity of the enterprise that was started by our father and founded on solid values, the valorization of the territory, and with a vision towards the future. We strongly believe that a constant dialogue between generations is an essential element for the Tedeschi future,” affirms Antonietta Tedeschi, winery owner and sibling of Sabrina and Riccardo.
With the start of this new chapter, Tedeschi confirms its commitment for growth that will bring together tradition and innovation, family identity, and openness to the future while reinforcing the bond between the past, present, and new prospects.
