Raise a Glass to Community: Polly Klaas Community Theater and Polly Klaas Foundation Announce a New Partnership with the Petaluma Gap Winegrowers Alliance

Petaluma, CA – October 15, 2025— The Polly Klaas Community Theater (PKCT) and the Polly Klaas Foundation (PKF) are pleased to announce a new partnership with the Petaluma Gap Winegrowers Alliance (PGWA). This collaboration unites two treasured local organizations in a shared mission to celebrate creativity, community engagement and education, and Petaluma’s rich agricultural heritage.

Under the terms of the partnership, winery members of the PGWA will serve as the preferred wine partners for all PKCT and PKF events. Guests will have the opportunity to enjoy outstanding wines from the Petaluma Gap American Viticultural Area (AVA) while supporting local arts and youth programs. Proceeds from serving these wines will directly benefit the Polly Klaas Foundation’s ongoing initiatives, ensuring that each event not only entertains and delights the senses, but also contributes meaningfully to the community.

“This partnership represents a perfect blend of purpose and passion,” said Ciara Shuttleworth, Executive Director of the Polly Klaas Foundation. “By partnering with local vintners, we are able to highlight the excellence of Petaluma Gap wines while reinforcing our commitment to working with community-based partners and sponsors.” Participating wineries include Adobe Road Winery, Cline Cellars, MacRostie Winery, Sangiacomo Family, Thirty-Seven Wines and 1467 Wines – all making wines from grapes grown in the Petaluma Gap AVA.

Cheryl Quist, Executive Director of the Petaluma Gap Winegrowers Alliance, added, “Our members are proud to support the important work of the Polly Klaas Foundation.  This collaboration allows us to contribute to a cause that safeguards and uplifts local families while showcasing the quality and character of our region’s wines.”

The partnership will formally launch at the Polly Klaas Foundation Annual Gala on November 7, 2025, at the Polly Klaas Community Theater. Attendees will be invited to enjoy a curated selection of Petaluma Gap wines—a preview of the offerings that will accompany future performances and community gatherings.
