September 11, 2025 — Fleur de Miraval presents its latest creation: STELICE, a one-of-a-kind champagne cooler crafted in polished pewter with an exquisite pink lacquer nish, designed exclusively for its signature multi-vintage cuvée, ER (Exclusively Rosé).
This limited-edition creation, developed in collaboration with Eric Berthès, embodies a re ned gastronomic art de vivre and is born from the encounter between an exceptional champagne and authentic artisanal savoir-faire.
ER is a uniquely fashioned Rosé Champagne, blending the delicate freshness of infusion-style Pinot Noir with the depth and richness of Chardonnay sourced entirely from reserve wines. Built upon a perpetual reserve and enriched with actual bottles of matured Blanc de Blancs Champagne, this exceptional cuvée offers notes of noble reduction—subtly toasted and roasted—that demand precise serving conditions: too cold, and it loses its evolving nuances; too warm, and its original freshness fades.
STELICE —a contraction of “stele” (monument) and “ice”—is a contemporary piece that beautifully captures this quest for perfect balance. Marrying the elegance of a wine cradle with the practical function of an ice bucket, it maintains the cuvée’s ideal serving temperature (10–12°C) without ever compromising its aromatic integrity. Created in collaboration with the Orfèvrerie d’Anjou, a French heritage silversmith established in 1710 and renowned for its work with 100% recyclable pure pewter, each STELICE is meticulously handcrafted by master artisans. The result is a luminous, noble object that evokes an ancient legacy while expressing a thoroughly modern aesthetic.
