Republic National Distributing Company Expands Partnership with Florida Caribbean Distillers

Republic National Distributing Company LogoGrand Prairie, Texas, Jan. 7, 2021 – Republic National Distributing Company (RNDC) announces that it has signed a new agreement with Florida Caribbean Distillers to assume distribution rights for its portfolio of brands in Colorado, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Kentucky, Maryland and South Carolina, effective Feb. 1, 2021. The agreement also adds Capriccio Spirits Ready-to-Drink in all RNDC states nationally beginning March 1, 2021. 

“We are pleased to expand our relationship with Florida Distillers in RNDC markets,” Executive Vice President of Wine Russell Motz said. “They have been on our radar for expansion as their brands continue to outpace trends in our current markets.” 

Florida Distillers President Curt Woods said, “Given the tremendous growth of our brands in current RNDC Markets, the logical move was to expand that relationship and capitalize on RNDC strong position in RTD Spirits.”

RNDC also distributes Florida Distillers’ portfolio, including Capriccio Wines, Club Caribe Rum, Mad Dragon Wines, Capriccio Spirits and Ron Carlos Rum, in Alaska, Arizona, California, Georgia, Indiana, Louisiana, Nebraska, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Oregon, North Dakota, South Dakota, Texas, Virginia and Washington. Capriccio Ready-to-Drink Spirits are sold in Florida. RNDC has brokerage agreements for spirits in Virginia, Ohio, North Carolina, Alabama, Michigan, Oregon, Idaho, Missouri, Utah and Wyoming. The company also has a brokerage agreement for wine and spirits in Mississippi and Montgomery County.
